Masroor Mehdi is a seasoned strategic sales leader with over 25 years of high-calibre experience in business development, combining strong operational insight with financial acumen. His career spans the Power Generation, Renewable Energy, and Energy sectors, with extensive experience across Pakistan, the UAE, and the wider GCC region. Renowned for his ability to drive sustainable commercial growth, Masroor Mehdi has successfully led multi-million-dollar revenue initiatives in highly competitive markets. His deep understanding of regional energy ecosystems enables him to identify opportunities, secure key accounts, and expand product distribution to strengthen market presence. A proactive and self-driven professional, he is particularly effective in building long-term client relationships, fostering strategic partnerships, and creating value-driven solutions. His tenacity in developing new business and maintaining customer loyalty plays a vital role in supporting GreenShift’s expansion and contribution to the GCC’s evolving energy and renewable landscape.

Luo Huaiyu, Director Technical at GreenShift, brings over 25 years of deep expertise in lithium battery research, development, and production to the company’s mission of advancing sustainable energy solutions. A professor of electrochemistry and senior engineer, he has played a pivotal role in shaping next-generation battery technologies that align closely with GreenShift’s focus on clean energy transition and carbon reduction. Prior to joining GreenShift, Luo Huaiyu served as a Senior Engineer for lithium battery technology development at BYD, one of the world’s leading new energy companies, and was a judge on the Shenzhen New Energy Expert Review Committee, contributing to the evaluation and advancement of innovative energy projects. He has also acted as a Technical Consultant to the Carbon Neutral Institute of the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Studies, Chinese Academy of Sciences, where his work supported national and international carbon neutrality initiatives.

Hussein Alhamad brings decades of deep technical and project leadership experience in the electrical power sector, with a strong focus on large-scale project execution, system integration, and operational delivery within the State of Qatar. With an academic background in Electrical and Control Engineering and a Master’s degree in Professional Engineering Management, he combines engineering excellence with structured project governance and strategic oversight. His career spans power generation, design, marketing, and execution of complex government and private sector projects, developed through senior roles at Al Jaidah Group, Cummins Power Generation, and as Founder of Q Gulf Energy Electric Solutions Trading. Having worked closely with globally recognised experts and technologies from the United States and Europe, Hussein plays a pivotal role at GreenShift in leading project delivery, ensuring technical reliability, and advancing sustainable energy solutions that support Qatar’s transition toward efficient, resilient, and future-ready power infrastructure.

Syed Anwar ul Hasan serves as a Director at GreenShift, bringing over four decades of leadership and hands-on expertise across both conventional and renewable energy sectors. An Electrical Engineer with an MBA in Marketing, he blends strong technical expertise with strategic and commercial insight gained through extensive work in power generation, project development, and integrated energy systems. His experience spans gas, diesel, HFO, biogas, coal-based power, as well as solar PV, wind, biomass, and advanced battery energy storage systems (BESS), with exposure to both local and international OEMs. He has played a key role in delivering large-scale energy projects—from concept and system integration to commissioning and long-term operations—ensuring reliability, efficiency, and performance excellence. At GreenShift, his leadership supports the company’s strategic direction and the delivery of future-ready, sustainable energy solutions aligned with regional and global decarbonisation goals, strengthening GreenShift’s position in the evolving clean energy landscape.
